Get me a lot of errors when I open the browser

I've had zippo but problems with Firefox 39.0 (using on my MacBook Pro Bone X ten.6.8). In gild to quit, I have to strength quit. Information technology freezes upwardly continually. I'thou about to uninstall it and start using a different browser. I'd requite it a 0 stars if I could.

Here's the first review in iii years.
This version is polish and fast performing, literally taking many of it's looks and ideas directly from Google Chrome.
Along with smooth operation comes better memory management.
Firefox is probably the nigh configurable browser every bit well.

Seems to work keen with Mountain Lion 10.eight.1 and updating Firefox from ver fourteen.

Appears to have flawless integration.

Doesn't work on Tiger (MacOS X 10.4.x for the not-cognoscenti...), hence the low rating. It's a shame actually: Mozilla is following in Google's footsteps when information technology comes to Apple OSes, and forgets that not all Mac users can or want to switch to Snow Leopard. Might too spit in our eye... Take Opera as the (perfect) counter-example, they who have recently launched a new version of their browser that's actually multi-platform. Shame on you lot, Gorgonzilla! (pardon the cheesy pun...)

In my opinion Firefox doesn't even compare to Camino: www.caminobrowser.org . Fifty-fifty better in my optics is webkit: www.webkit.org . Webkit is the fastest browser I have found for Mac & is updated several times per calendar week.
Dorsum to Firefox, I have tried Firefox two & 3beta. My experience was not good. The layout of browser menus & such drove me crazy. The browser was slower than Camino to open & slower to load webpages. This is on my 1gz imac with 1gig ram.

The flexibility is the key here and anti-phishing back up is of import, besides. The developers have been cleaning upwardly the Gecko renderer and crashing is all but a distant retentiveness. Using version 2.10 with Leopard instantly improves text display, which seems odd, since Mozilla didn't change anything in Leopard. Has Apple been holding back all this time to brand third parties look bad?

Version 3.0 is still well-nigh two months out and truly improves all facets of the browser.

It'southward quite a flake better than earlier beta releases. The new theme was a chip shocking with its all silver/graphite look, merely it volition please the Safari oversupply in that it doesn't expect anything like something on Windows. (They'll nonetheless complain anyway.)

Performance is expert but still has a way to go earlier information technology's set for anybody. Startup and shutdown of the browser is slow. In one case launched, it'due south quite speedy--faster than the electric current Safari but not the Safari beta.

Apparently, memory leaks have been addressed strongly and that'south helped a lot to aid stability. It really doesn't feel like a beta only add-ons still don't work.

Gran Paradiso is a huge improvement over the previous version of Firefox. The Cocoa interface makes Firefox comparable to the speeds of Camino, and switching through tabs is way faster than on Windows or Linux versions. Considering all the improvements Firefox's going to have, this version is going to be the most anticipated release always.
